Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the FlowPorter website and the quick assessment. They are separate from any migration services agreement, which is contracted with BetterWrk. A working draft pending legal review.

The estimate is indicative, not a quote

The quick assessment produces an indicative recommendation and price band based on the information you supply, using versioned deterministic rules. It is not an offer, a binding quote, or professional advice. A binding fixed price is issued only after the estate, mappings, critical workflows and acceptance plan are verified and a scope manifest is agreed in a separate services agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

We describe methods, classifications and controls honestly. We do not guarantee specific savings, timelines, downtime-free cutover, or that every workflow can be migrated. The assessment may recommend that you do not move. Illustrative package prices and timelines shown on this site are working hypotheses pending commercial validation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not enter passwords, tokens or credential values into the website or assessment.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the service, or submit unlawful or infringing content.
  • Automated collection or scraping beyond ordinary indexing requires our written permission.

Intellectual property

The FlowPorter name, wordmark, content and the assessment logic are owned by BetterWrk or its licensors. Third-party product names and marks — including Zapier, Make and n8n — belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. See Trademarks.

Third-party platforms

FlowPorter is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Zapier, Make or n8n unless a current relationship is explicitly stated and verifiable. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and quick assessment are provided "as is", and BetterWrk is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an indicative estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under any migration engagement is governed by that engagement's contract.

Contracting entity and law

The website is operated by BetterWrk (Austin, Texas). The governing law, jurisdiction and contracting entity for services are confirmed in the applicable services agreement. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
